Moderation and Macros
The only thing that gets results for me is knowing my calorie requirements. I try to keep my protein at about 180 grams a day, carbs about 325 and fat around 80 grams. I don't worry about slight variations in my macros from day to day. Some days I'll be over or under slightly. At 170lbs I consume between 2400-2800 calories a day, most days closer to 2600. Maintenance calories are apox 2400. I don't drink soda, stay away from boxed or frozen foods, avoid preservatives, and fast foods. Every now and then I will get a burger or chili from as fast food joint. Moderation and watching my macros is the base of my nutrition.

Supplements I'm Currently On are Con-Cret, Craze or Super Pump Max and Optinum Gold Standard Whey Protein or Combat Powder.
In the morning I'll take my multivitamin ( OptiMen) and a Fish Oil Pill as soon as I get up with a glass of water. About 2 hours before a workout I'll take a scoop of Whey Protein, either Combat Powder Vanilla or Optinum Gold Standard Vanilla. I prefer Combat Powder, it taste better. Aproximately ten to thirty minutes before my work out I'll take my Preworkout, 1 serving of Super Pump Max or Craze. I like to switch it up. Asap post workout I'll take my Creatine (3grams). Ten minutes later I'll take 1-2 scoops of whey depending on how I feel and my requirements.
