What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
I stick to the basics for abs. sit ups, crunches and different variations of leg raises.
What shoulder workout has worked best for you?
My shoulders get worked by almost every workout I do (ex:bench press). But the shoulder workout that works best for me are military presses.
What traps workout has worked best for you?
To me, shrugs are the best trap workouts. Dumbell and barbell. You can go as heavy as you want.
