How I Started:
After being introduced to weights in high school I loved it.
After buying one of the magazines I wanted to look like my favorite bodybuilder Flex Wheeler.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I love the grind and I get a personal satisfaction in knowing that I can transform my body at will.
How I Stay Motivated:
The way I stay motivated is by having a mental image in my mind of what I want to look like. I know I can accomplish it so I keep going till I get it.
In my mind I am never good enough.

Junior Division First Place, Novice Division first place and Overall Winner, NABBA 2007 Eastern Seaboard Championships

After four months of diet cardio and workouts on a regular, I did the impossible. I got abs.

What chest workout has worked best for you?
Barbell and dumbell bench press (incline,flat and decline)
Do you currently have a workout partner?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't really care about the noise,I'm there to take care of business.When ever I do grunt its to bang out extra reps.
