Overall Goal:  My goal is to make some lean muscle gains and to look good for the summer without getting to fat

Fit Status:  making some lean gains this summer legs are sore hitting up some low intensity cardio and abs today maybe some HITT will see how i feel then

How I Started:
I wanted a six pack, and just to no longer be fat and then it changed to me wanting to be bigger and i am keeping it that way but one day i hope to have that six pack once i reach a size i like then cut down.
Why I Love It:
It's fun, it keeps me out of trouble and feeling positive about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror all the time and see change. Also seeing progress keep me motivated! Talk to members of my Gym who inspire me and also motivates me.

Currently i am planning on bulking, i weigh roughly 171 pounds and want to get around 180 pounds.

My plan is not to gain to much fat but i probably will gain some.

Diet:

2800-3000 calories

200g protein

100-150g carbs

50g healthy fats

i am planning on eating lots of clean...

Definitely slimming down. Lets see some pictures in just shorts so we get the overall look. Nice improvements so far.
