Why Thank you Captain! 5 days a week and cardio on weekends is doing a body great! I don't think people realize how little time it takes! 1 hour a day min. I'm a TV. addict as much as anyone, but people really need to sort out their priorities!!!!Fat couch potato or in good shape remote flicker haha

Tried for my 405 bench! The plate were laughing at me! Did get 365 for a 3 rep max! still went up, just not as far as I wanted! Will still keep trying!!!

Thanks Buddy, I've kicked it up a notch! Been workin out with this X bodybuilder who is 67!! I do dumbell bench with him tues. and fri. Up to 130! going for 135 tues! Lookin ripped yourself!

My buddy hasn't shown up for 2 days, the guy is 68! So anyways I didn't get the 120's up! I hope he didn't have a heart attack or something! Should of got his # I'll wait and see if he shows up Friday to give it another go!

My gym's dumbells goes up to 150, but some big guy leaves his there 180 to like 210!! Don't think I'll be hittin them anytime soon!!

I've been doing the dumbbell chest for a coulple weeks now lifting with this 68yo. power lifter! Finally got the 120's up friday! going for 125's tomorrow! I'll let you know if it happens haha
