How I Started:
To get in shape, Then I think I got addicted to the pump. I guess there's worse drugs out there but I'll stick with adrenaline pumps!!!
Why I Love It:
Why? Because I'm 42 and my body has been changing! My ass fills out my pants now haha. We guys all know that's the first thing to go! Then the stomach grows! Since I've been working out these issues have been addressed and will be a top priority! Some say there is no Fountain of youth, "But" You can slow down and even reverse the aging process for a while! Who doesn't want to look 30 at 40 or 40 at 50! Duh!! Naysayers are sitting on there couch with there remotes watching PX-90 commercial wishing they would do something! 1 fricking hour a day 5 times a week is not a lot out of someone life to be able to stand up straight in your golden years if you take care of yourself now!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep getting bigger and stronger and that makes me want to go more!!!

I've Watched Pumping Iron like 10 times! Does that count LOL

thats sweet, congrats man. all my gym has up to is 120. drives me nuts. i bought 2 olympic db bars for 120 dollars so i can load big plates on em LOL. i get some weird looks tho... haha
