Watching others guys in the weightroom workout i decided to start to get stronger and bigger
Why I Love It:
takes away stress and anger, i love the adrenaline rush, and because it gets me stronger and better looking

By seeing anybody stronger or bigger than me makes me want to work out more, or when I look at myself and think how skinny and weak I am

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
mostly everything i did i didn't do too good
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
take it easy and don't give up because you don't see results right away and it's good to work out with someone

i started a training routine ine July i think. in it i bench three times a week since i wana try and boost my bench pressing strength. it's going good so far. i've been consistent which is good since i haven't been for a long time. been seeing results in my chest and back. still have a long way...
