Workout Program:
My workout is based on, daily lifting at gym, and double cardio.

Cardio is first when i wake up in the am. on empty stomache, i take my lipo and go, the intenisty isnt that high, since its pretty cold

then GYM at like 7 pm. at gym i do 45minutes of stationary bike. then i go to my workouts.

Saturday : Abs.
Sunday : Chest + biceps + abs.
monday : legs + hamastrings.
tuesday : shoulders + triceps.
wensday : back + calves.
thursday : legs + hamastrings.
friday : Full body workout.

2 legs workout since leg workouts makes u do big amount of work. so it helps burning fat faster. which is my current goal.
