I started lifting weight seriously right before high school because I was fat and had no muscle at all. Plus, my brother was the star athlete in the family and I was sick of being in the shadow. So I started lifting with the best. Jerry Brummitt was that big guy in the gym who took me under his supervision and taught me how to lift and deit. He is still a great friend to this day. He introduced me to the other big boys like Duck, Mike Doyle, Frank (tanker)Wade, Jason Carson, and Eric Block. Thanks guys for getting me started on the right foot.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and Bodybuilding because if you don't give it your all you have nno one to blame for failure but, yourself. It is a sport where it only gives as much as you put in. So if your not putting out some affert you will fail. Plus I love putting up heavey wieght and that feeling of accomplishment that comes with it when you know you left it all there. (NO TABLE SCAPS FOR MY COMPETITION)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by surrounding myself with good people who all have similar lifestyles to my own. Plus going to all the shows and seeing men and women on stage who are better then me and wanting to be the best this sport has ever seen.
BB Accomplishments:
My First major accomplishment was droping from 250lbs to 140lbs in a two year period in high school to compete in wrestling. Then winning my novice class at my first BB show ever. That was an awsome feeling inside. Also, in the same year placing at the shawn Ray PRO/AM.
