How I Started:
the school bully named chris johnson took us to the gym and told us to bench. i couldnt push up 135. i was 15. after that, i signed up for weight training with coach gore and he put the fire in me.
Why I Love It:
i like being strong, man. i like hearing metal 'clang' back and forth as i push that weight towards or away from my body. i like walking down the street and people looking...they know im in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
i was chasing 405 on bench. now i just want to lose some weight so i can be quicker while defending myself. i just think of slamming someone with ease...that keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
405x7 deadlifts, 375x1 & 290 x 9 bench, 455x1 squats. i am not a bodybuilder at all but i want to get things going.

fit as a marine, strong as an ox. big as bear, knock jokers out the box!! i want to start competing with other powerlifters and i'm not going to take any roids (inshAllah).

Thanks man...I pulled my chest muscle a while back and now Im kinda gun-shy. I was benching 315 and felt a pull and I was like F$#%!!! Now Im trying to rep 320 at least 3 to 6 times. The road to 400 is a long one but im still pushing...Keep crushing your goals and stay up...One!!
