iyamamaschke Boot Camp this am for 50 minutes then a 23.23km bike ride. Boy I did a lot today but all of it was super hard. OHHH ENERGY come back! :(

I did Boot Camp Yesterday 10AM followed by a 3 mile run. I never posted my workout though oops. Too Busy I guess. It was a good one, sweating buckets. Here is what we did hopefully I remember it all. Wark up front kicks, back kicks, side to side kicks, butt kicks and front crossovers.
