Keep it simple stupid!
Forget about worrying so much about when you should take what and how much of it. Just follow what you already know! I take a scoop of whey first thing in the morning and immediately after my workouts. I take a multivitamin with every other meal through the day and a fish oil tablet with every meal. I take a pre-workout before my workout and I mix amino acids with a gallon of water and make sure that the gallon is finished by the end of the day. Simple!

There's no reason why ANYBODY can't achieve the physique that they desire. Anybody who makes excuses and doesn't do what they have to do to achieve their goals and desires is weak and "should be put on a diet of concrete to harden the f#ck up!".
