How I Started:
I didnt get started working out till about the end of my junior year of high school. I lost a ton of weight and got into a pretty good shape. I lost all that progress by my sophmore year of college due to lazyness and to much drinking (frat). Its been years and i have manage to keep off a lot of the weight but am not happy with wear i am at, I want to get into amazing physical shape.
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me feel in my general health as well as helps me with my self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now i am staying motivated by seeing all the success stores on this site and I am hoping to be able to post my own success story in a year or so.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have any at this very moment but i am hopin in 6 months to being able to post some accomplishments.

Goal (Overall):
I want to burn off the weight that i have and replace it with muscle as a long term goal. Short term goal is by december be in good enough shape to walk around shirt less on the beach in Chile!
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a good looking and healthy body that I can be proud of. I have a low Thyroid and have to take a pill everyday. I was over weight in high school till my senior year wear i lost alot of weight and I looking great. I did this by workingout 4-5 a week and eating right. I went to college and I lost it all with being in a frat and drinking way to much and eating crap. I am now 27 years old and I am tired of not having a body I can be proud of. I am not looking to be a big body builder I want to be lean and ripped with a smaller waiste size and good muscle definition. I also would like to have more energy. I am going to Chile to visit family in December and I want to be in really good shape, that gives me 4-5 months. I know its not a lot of time but i am going to do it!

I have been working out pretty hard hitting the gym about 4-5 times a week working out my whole body, I have also gotten back into running which has greatly helped me loose weight and work out my core some. Its not a slow progress but not a quick one either. I can feel my body getting stronger...
