How I Started:
I didnt get started working out till about the end of my junior year of high school. I lost a ton of weight and got into a pretty good shape. I lost all that progress by my sophmore year of college due to lazyness and to much drinking (frat). Its been years and i have manage to keep off a lot of the weight but am not happy with wear i am at, I want to get into amazing physical shape.
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me feel in my general health as well as helps me with my self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now i am staying motivated by seeing all the success stores on this site and I am hoping to be able to post my own success story in a year or so.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have any at this very moment but i am hopin in 6 months to being able to post some accomplishments.

Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a good looking and healthy body that I can be proud of. I have a low Thyroid and have to take a pill everyday. I was over weight in high school till my senior year wear i lost alot of weight and I looking great. I did this by workingout 4-5 a week and eating right. I went to college and I lost it all with being in a frat and drinking way to much and eating crap.
I am now 27 years old and I am tired of not having a body I can be proud of. I am not looking to be a big body builder I want to be lean and ripped with a smaller waiste size and good muscle definition. I also would like to have more energy.
I am going to Chile to visit family in December and I want to be in really good shape, that gives me 4-5 months. I know its not a lot of time but i am going to do it!
I am just hoping to get his build and he has done a great reviews on supplements. Thanks for the inspiration for keeping me in the gym and workingout please keep it up.
He is inspiration to me to get my self to the gym and eat healthy. What you have achieved in 13 weeks is amazing and i hope i can very near to your success.
I have been working out pretty hard hitting the gym about 4-5 times a week working out my whole body, I have also gotten back into running which has greatly helped me loose weight and work out my core some. Its not a slow progress but not a quick one either. I can feel my body getting stronger...
