high school weight room, not knowing much and just lifting weights, watching and reading.
also having 4 PEs my senior year really helped me. weight room, swimming, basketball and fitness and defense best i've ever looked. want it back.
Why I Love It:
cause no matter how the day was, the gym is always going to be the same, same weights, same machines.
How I Stay Motivated:
sean murphy... amazing results for a small guy.
just thinking about what im going to work out for that day and how i dont have to think about anything while at the gym

7 months into my work out journey of going for abs i can finally smile and be proud that i have accomplished my goal. the next 7 months i want to define them and bring out my lower abs even more. weight goal is to maintain 150, and define my body even more.

Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
sometimes i do, it lets you lift more weight safely and will let you add more weight to a set if you dont know if you will complete all the reps.

some how i was down to 148 today not doing any cardio and just lifting, my eating has been the same as usual and i was surprised to move the weight from 150. i've even upped my protein intake by at least 50 grams, maybe thats helping.
