It's been ages since i have been into my body space. Mainly because I have been a busy girl. I am now a fully qualified personal trainer. YAY.

But I have been so slack. It's ok though, because im realising that looking at weights doesn't help. You actually have to pick them up....

I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.

thanks :) cardio and weight routine is listed here in my profile.. Consistency is key.. the most important thing for results. Consistent weight training, cardio and eating will get you there!

Believe and you will achieve! You are on your way and although I don’t know what workout program you are following, my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received our transformations by following Body for Life. I lost 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat & she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks with BFL’s program I believe by committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort.
