"i want to bulk up and get more muscle on me and i want it to turn heads when i take my shirt off, i also need to put on alot more mass I LOOK SO RIDICULOUS AT THIS WEIGHT!"

Workout Program:
Mon.- CHEST- 25 push ups, 25 X 2 incline push ups, 25 decline push ups, 25 presses

Tues- Shoulders and back- 25 shoulder presses, 25 side laterals, 25 bent over rows

Wed.- Bis/Tris- 2 X 20 dumbell curs, 2 X 20 hammer curls, 2 X 20 overhead extensions

Thurs. - legs- squats- 3 X 12

Friday- Abs- 4 X 30 crunches

I use 10lb dumbbell weights, if u can comment on if the schedule is cool or not that would be great
