ive just started getting into weightlifting. I just started maybe a month ago with a set of dumbbells
Why I Love It:
i like working out and bodybuilding because i want to become bigger and more ripped, i want to actually have my pecs pop out and a six pack

its really weird, my mom knows that i work out but we dont talk about it much, and when she does see me working out she treats me like im a little kid and calls me "muscles". What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

You have plenty of time to get the physique you want bud. If I had to sum up the secret to bodybuilding in one word, I would say CONSISTENCY every time. work hard, eat well and it will happen for you.
dude I think your abs are showing pretty well.. it takes time and hard work. try dif. things. do high rep low rep I always did high rep for my abs like 40 reps but just changed to train abs like my other muscles by adding some weight and doing 10-12. your only 14 and your abs look pretty good be careful adding a lot of weight at that age.. its up to you but keep poundin it out

We all have to start somewhere I was the same as you at 14 so dont worry you will start to put some size on in time.
But for now you need to concentrate on working hard both with exercise and school.

well if you wanna get the peaks big you gotta work hard on both the Long head and the Short Head of the Bicep, so do normal curls and also Hammer curls and make sure you keep shocking your muscles with different bicep exercises. it's just practice, doing it over and over and over again with proper rest will give you huge biceps
good point lol... i was using like extremely light weights then... but what i meant was dont bulk up too much your bones haft to grow... idk all the scientific bs so w.e... u got nothing to worry about =)
I go hard until I can't do anymore, and then I do more... lol. My workouts are pretty ridiculous. Just concentrate on squeezing the targeted muscle or muscle group for each specific exercise and then get the best squeeze possible. Never sacrifice form for higher weight. That will only work against you.
