Check out the arm... not too bad, lol. Especially considering I have been very half ass about working the arms out. Wonder what they will look like when I stop slacking :)

Took this pic after eating a butt load of food and drinking 3 cokes so my abs don't look all that great. Went back to the gym today.... hoping i can keep that up.

Ok back from my break, LOL. Here is an updated pic... there is still some bloating but not as bad as before. have been eating clean for a month now... there have been slip ups. Increase of cardio started last week. No real change in body yet.......

ignore the fact that i don't have any abs in this pic. light was shity and not flexing the abs as much. Anyway I want these legs to look more defined and tighter. Don't want more mass in them just cuts :)

drinking 2-3 liters of water a day.... still some juice and a little bit of soda though. 2 cheat meals this week and cardio 4 days this week. Want abs more defined... would like a 8 pac. I think i have 8 pac potential :)

i am a bit disappointed still don't really see much of a change. I guess i am not working hard enough. I am starting a new workout routine this week.

This week I slipped on my diet. I will get back on track Monday :) I am losing weight as well as inches. The inches is fat which is good but the weight i am afraid may be muscle... not sure.
