How I Started:	i got out of a 6 year relationship and was depressed. I started sleeping all the time and not caring. finally i started lifting my free weights at night and started seeing results, and was hooked from there.
Why I Love It:	looking good
How I Stay Motivated:	i set goals, once i reach that goal i start on a new one.
