How I Started:
I had always wanted to be big and strong but i was always one of the wimpy kids. Then one summer i stayed with my cousin who is an amateur bodybuilder. That summer i dedicated myself to working out with him and eating right, needless to say i got hooked. i gained about 17 pounds of muscle that summer and the respect and confidence gained took care of the rest.
Why I Love It:
It makes you look and feel better. You gain confidence and respect from others, and personally i think it is the most fun thing to do in the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel terrible and depressed when i dont work out for a few days. I look at the end result and progress ive made. Once again confidence and respect come into play. I look at other people bigger and stronger than me and strive to beat them.
BB Accomplishments:
Ive won three powerlifting competitions and in the past year have gained about 40 pounds of muscle.
