training been ok, had to start training in the morinings instead of nights since i work nights and its diffcult with my eating schedule but im haning in there

training is not bad, train every body group at least 1-2 times a week. its just since i got a job its hard to follow up on my eating schedule, ya no every 3 hours. but im working on it, how bout u?

hey bro, heres sum tips for you to get big. 1. eat tons of high calorie good food such as red meats, chicken, pasta try to eat every 3-4 hours. train hard and make sure you get rest! and make sure you take a protein shake after your workout. try those out see how it goes
