well in a few weeks it will be 2 years since ive been bodybuilding. ive made alot of progress. i wen t form 147 pounds 2 percent body fat from boxing wich kept me ripped, to 207 pounds and 15 percent bf. i plan on cutting in a few months to get a lil leaner.

pretty bad actually. gym memship is out, have no money because im going for a degree in college, and ive stopped for a month. Better luck next year I guess

Oh, OK...Dallas. I usually do 4-5 sets for barbell curls and 3 sets of incline DB curls and 3 sets of preacher curls. All shooting for 10-12 reps on average. It varies from time to time, but that the crux of my routine. Thanks for the interest. Ray

Thanks for the tips. I saw on TV that you can lose up to 3.4 pounds of fat because your body need to eat up water. I don't like cardio, errr... nightmares ! :P
