How I Started:
Well, I had been working out on and off for a couple of years, but something always got in the way (my fault...) I finally got consistant when school started last year and have been going strong ever since. I have aways wanted a great physique and I finally have the motivation to make it happen.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the fact that I have a blast working out and it is improving me both physically and mentally. I love beng able to turn on my ipod and just be in the "zone." This is very stress-releiving for me. No, I'm not a bodybuilder or trying to be one... so keep that in mind as you "judge" my picture. I'm just trying to improve my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
To be honest, I don't think I'd be still going at this if I didn't see some results. I know I have to be patient. Positive reinforcement from friends has definately been my biggest motivation to keep going.
BB Accomplishments:
I know I have a long ways to go... but it is worth it.

I am doing all I can to lose fat/ gain muscle. I am learning a lot about myself and am proud to be seeing progress!!!!
Goal (Long):
I have always looked up to people who take really good care of their bodies. I never really did much to improve my body-- regular daily activity was enough for me while I was in high school. However, I really neglected my body while starting college. I am not in horrible shape, but I want to look better. I began a workout regimen a couple of months ago and was pleasently surprised to see some rapid results. I hope to utilize these next 3-4 months to really make some progress before school starts again in the fall and continue on from there.

Thank aI just do hanging leg raises. thats it for abs, 2-5 sets every other day, I go to failure on each set
