hey brah i just saw your post of guruadeshs bodyspace talkin bout how you wanna break the 13 inch arm barrier... my suggestion is... chuck any direct bicept work... start a 3 day full body workout... and get your poundages for dips... narrow grip bench and chin ups up... deload after 6 weeks and see how your arms blow up

I would go for something like 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets. I would only hit the tris one day a week to allow for recovery. They will get hit when you do other exercises anyhow. I do a reverse type pyramid. My first set is usually my heaviest, I work almost to fail then I drop the weight down a bit in the next set. It is a littel different but I am usually smoked by the end of the workout.

I know a lot of people only hit the biceps while trying to increase the size of thier arms and neglect the triceps. Good moves to add size to tris are lying tri presses and bench dips.
