I wanted to stay active once I got to college. The main gym on my college campus was right across the street from my dorm, so I would head over there and do small workout routines. It has persisted ever since, on and off.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy it gives me, the boost in self-confidence, and the feeling of accomplishment it brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about my goals and look at pictures of what I want to be like.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained 10 pounds of muscle since July of 2008
My goal is to gain 15 pounds of muscle over the next six months, especially in my pectoral and back areas.
Goal (Long):
I have always been known as a tall, skinny kid. I have remained pretty active throughout my life and have gone to the gym on and off for the past seven years. No matter how much I work out and how much I eat, I never seem able to gain a substantial amount of muscle mass or weight. I am sure that this is due to the high metabolism I have right now...and I am looking for ways to overcome this. I am now 25, so I am not sure when my metabolism will start to slow down. I don't want to be massive, just enough that you can tell that I work out and am in shape.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%
