How I Started:
I saw a muscle mag at the store with my Mom. I thought Rich Gaspari's chest was just sick! My Mom was like, "Gross, Jude put that down!" So I wondered why not look like bullets can bounce off your chest? My family still doesn't understand that sick means cool. I started lifting 'cause nothing's cooler to me.
Why I Love It:
I was a skinny kid. Females didn't seem to like skinny. I didn't like being a size small t-shirt either. I feel great with the mass I've gained.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy. I get small fast if I take a break from lifting. Also, now that I'm older I get fat as well. I just think of small arms and a big gut.
