I am a Marine, so by trade we must always be in top physical shape. Have lifted weights on and off since I was 16. Really got into when I got to Japan. Haven't slowed down and don't plan on doing so...*update (2009/06/09)* now im san diego, ca. have been off the weights for about 5 months, hardcore at least. have been steady in the gym just to keep at it. will be starting my hardcore weights again starting June 15. Looking forward to posting my stats and hearing from fellow lifters.
Why I Love It:
I just love being in the Gym and going all out. Makes you feel really good and pumped. Feel like you can succeed in anything you do in life after a good workout. Why would anybody not want that feeling is beyond me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just see how far I've come and enjoy it.
BB Accomplishments:
Started at 128lbs when I joined the Marine Corps in Aug. '06. I am now weight a solid 160lbs.

I currently weigh around 156, hopin that in 8 weeks can put on 10+ pounds. Just think that at about 170-175 would be perfect for my build. I'm already shredded so i hope to keep that...just want more mass.
She's seems to have been through a lot and hard times. She seems as if she's on top of her game and going strong...not everyone can say that, that goes through hard times.
Well today was supposed to be my leg day, but i ran a PFT this morning and my legs are still suffering this evening. I decided to just take today off and hit my legs on saturday. Another reason is i havent been gettin much sleep the past couple days so i figured i'd take today off so i can...
