thank you for your words. jumping rope in between adverts is a help but by the time you have your heart rate up your programme will be back on and for it to be effective you need to keep your heart rate constant to maintain calorific burning.

Hi your on your way stay motivated eat clean. try splitting cardio if possible to am and 6 to 8 hours later p.m reverse crunches to hit the lower abs!!

hi my friend stay focused and if possible do cardio early morning for 20 min and again pm around 4/5.00pm eat clean and set samall weekly goals.

Hi just seen that your goal is to lose 10 lb which was a goal for me also what i did was cardio at 6.00am which burns any fat stored from the day before then again at 4.00pm this combined with eating clean and light weights high rep range helped me reach my goal with 21 days to spare. good luck train hard stay focused!!

you look amazing my friend after 2 operations in 1999 and various other injuries my doctor advised me to cease training but 7 years later i started again and feel better now than i did 20 years ago just hope i can keep it up when i reach my half centuary!!

stay motivated eat clean cardio 3 times per week set small goals to start and the rest will follow. This site will help in your quest im sure.
