RUPTURED DISC IN LOWER BACK.
INJURED FOR 3 YEARS.
2 OPERATIONS AND PLENTY OF PATIENCE.

Cheers Bro. Seems to work, at least the cardio. Diet and quitting the beer is a more difficult thing.Will post some progress pics later on this week.

I was sick with a bad cold last week and I missed 4 days at the gym...i kept my diet clean though and lost another pound. Hittin it hard at the gym this week though. Have fun on Holiday!!

Thanks for the support! Cardio twice a day? thats kinda hard with my schedule. But I bought a speed rope and have been using that in between commercials when I watch tv at night...hopefully that helps! Awesome bod my the way!!

yep gettin on those reverse crunches so far I talk to lots of people who have the lower ab problem as myself Im doing more lower ab workouts now. I like to kick myself in the a** !

Thanks, that's pretty much what I started doing. I think it's working! Just this week I switched up my tempo count when lifting to a 1-0-3-0 and am really feeling it. I'm the kind of person that has to learn from my own mistakes, after lifting for about 2 yrs, I think I finally got it figured out. Anyhow, thanks again, and have a great day.
