How I Started:
ive always been skinny... maybe too skiny. It all started when i bought the Playstation game Dance Dance Revolution and 2 mats. i would play that dance game everyday for at least an hour just because it was fun! by playing it, i lost more fat %, more than my already low %. my abs started to show. everybody noticed, and i liked it.
during this highschool period, i had never been in football or weight lifting. so i couldnt use the school weight room. soon my mom paid for the whole family to have access to a nearby gym. thats when the obbsession began...
since then up until college we stopped going to the gym, so i did home bodyweight workouts.
now i am in college, and have free access to their fitness center. i take full advantage of it. i am focussed on learning how to bulk.
Why I Love It:
the reflection is a big part of it, but i love that my clothes fit better as i get bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
mostly my own body, seeing the changes.
im getting more attention from the ladies too... which is weird because i have never had it before.
BB Accomplishments:
i think just the fact that i am making positive progress in size, weight, and knowledge about body building is an accomplishment.

itraenk changed Body Fat from 10% to 13%, a gain of 3 percentage points in 6 days
taken sometime during Janurary after Christmas Break. i think i was around 138 lbs.
Oh, i've been doing the workout portions of P90X, and i'm in week 3 here. i don't have time to do ALL of the workouts, so i've been skipping the cardio type stuff. this pic is the same date as the one above

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is to be around 170-180 lbs with low body fat and look like a fitness model.
my current goal is 150 lbs. when i first started college i only weighed 130! I am currently in my second year. I am hoping to get at least up to 150 by the end of 2009.

I am feeling a bit better now. I have gained 7 pounds since on the serious mass. Which is pretty good I guess. I just gained it really quick and then now it has slowed. Maybe that's normal I don't know. How are things going for you?
my workouts have been going very well, training each body part twice a week which i've never done in years. seeing good gains. some nights its hard to want to hit the gym after working 12 hours but I push thru :)
Hey, my workout is posted on my page under "workout tracker." I do four days a week, except last week I was sick so I only did two. click on the week before to see the individual day workouts. I will private message you about my diet.
agreed! the book is a great idea. and as for the compound lifts yes,i have done nothing but them lately," im seeing results ". but i am also staying in a higher range of reps for the ripped look ill post pics soon to show you.
ok find a fitness routiene that fits your body. for example, i have a very high metabolism, everything i eat is gone by the end of the day, so i work out 6 days a week. 3 days in the gym and 3 days at home. eat alot of protein!! i ate sooooo much eggs, everything started to taste like eggs. and peanut butter, fish, alot of wendeys for fat and energy.
hey man, just start off slow most people when they start they try to kill themselves at he gym and they end up burning out andloosing all motavation, good luck with your goals
