I have always been a bigger guy all through school, up until the age of 19-20 when I, without effort, lost a lot of the weight I was carrying.. I stayed about average until I started working 3 jobs, and the stress in my life increased which caused me to revisit some of my old eating habits.. While going through a messy breakup I lost the weight again, and kept it off for 2.5-3 years, but recently started to gain again.. I know the primary reason is my pour eating habits, one to two meals a day, eating close to bed time and pour exercise habits.. I want to drop the weight I have gained and go back to, at minimum, 200 pounds. I want to be one of those 60 year old men that look like they are in their 20s, be able to do what every I want and not be tired as well look better and feel better..

Stay motivated, but cut yourself some slack. It is ok to have a bad day/week. The hardest part is getting back on track after the bad day/week. You can do it....
I read your blog about the lack of support for your new goals on the home front. Brother, you aren't alone. It is a familiar story. I wrote about it in my very first blog on this site. I just handle the opposition with humor and keep right on going!! You do the same. It's your body, health and sanity that's at stake!!
