How I Started:
I got started by being afraid to look in the mirror any more. And realizing I am not getting any younger.That I need to do something about my over all health if I wanted to still be able to be active in my 60's which will be here in 3 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
As of now I can't say I love it. Give me 6 months from now and see how I feel about it.

Change my diet,for life,+ lose 35pds. And build muscle.
Goal (Long):
I have Fibromylgia,and Candida. I want to stick with my Candia diet for good! I do-not want Fibromylgia to take over my life as it has been doing. I have made up my mind it is more important to DO WHAT MAKES ME LIKE MYSELF, rather than doing WHAT FEELS GOOD.I promised myself that 3 days a week I will go to the ymca. And the other days I would use my treadmill at home. I will plan my meals and make sure I have alternative solutions to my sugar and carb cravings. When I lose weight I tend to lose more in my butt then I would like to. My goal is to get rid of my fat stomach,and waist. Get my back rid of the extra fat and love handles. I want to build up my butt and legs and firm my arms with a little muscle. I am 57 with a disabilty I want to feel stronger and be in shape by 60 years old. And keep it that way. I promised myself if I reach my goal at 60 years old I could have a "face-lift" to go with my new body and out look on life. I would even like to make excerise video's for older people when I suceed at my goal.

I have to work around my limitations to get into shape. Since not only do I have "Fibromylgia" I have a problem with leaving my home. It is mental and emotional that I do not want to leave the house and be around other people. To look at me you would think I don't have a care in...
