How I Started:
I got started due to my wonderful husband when we got married 15 years ago! It was his life style, which became mine!
Why I Love It:
Why I love working out? What else, it makes me feel alive and ready for a challenge. Without the energy and self-esteem I get from my daily workout I would be lost in all ways.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends, Clients, Members, and an Oxygen magazine give me a boost of modivation.
BB Accomplishments:
I did compete once in 1994. It was a figure competition. I placed 4th,(out of seven)so I was really happy. It was my greatest self-full-filling moment. I would love to do it again!

When I made my first competiton, I felt so proud inside. It didn't matter what I looked like at the time. It was that I believed in my self, and was so proud to be up on stage with such inner beauty! Since then I have lost that true belief, and the way I see myself. It's been five years, and that's long enough, it's time to get back what once was! And feel Positive, Confidient, Beautiful all around! I need to compete in a figure competition once more! To prove to my self I can do it!
