To be able to do 20 chinups. can no longer do one. To drop from 28% to around twenty by the end of the year. to stop smoking. .. really theres a laundry list of things i want to accomplish.. feel free to pm me for the whole thing. oh.. and to surpass craned no matter how many years it takes
