I was tired of being skinny like most people say, but it goes way beyond that! As a boy i never wore tank tops or shirts that would show my arms, i was embarrassed by being skinny, i even wore two shirts every day to kind of fill out my frame!
Why I Love It:
The constant challenge, the never ending fight for success!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look back at my old journals, Looking back to where i came from pushes me harder to get to where i want to be!
BB Accomplishments:
My major bodybuilding accomplishment is coming soon when i win my Natural Pro card!!

Increase 10lbs to each of my "Big 3" 1RM, I want to be a lean 185lbs by the first week of Dec!
Goal (Long):

Barbell Bench Press- 4 warmup sets
**1 Power set 230 x 6 reps** (felt really easy!)
**1 Growth Set 160 x 12 reps**
Dips 2 sets of bw + 45lbs for 6 reps
Incline DB Press 2 sets of 65lbs x 15 reps
DB Laterals 1 set 40lbs...
