today was my first chest workout in soooooooooooooo long! it hurts so bad... jp! but i did 9 sets total and it wiped me out cuz i am so outta shape. 3 sets of bench press, 3 sets of dumbell flys, and 3 sets of floor dumbell press. Im gonna work hard and train with my bodybuilding friend matt...
