How I Started:
I was skinny, weak, no muscle and looked like a whimp with my shirt off. I lost both my parents before I was 17 and truely got me to realize life is short and your health is all that really matters.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE watching my body change and reaching my goals. It is a huge reward when I see real results and strenght gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
My fiance is the center of my motivation! Setting long term goals and reaching them quicker than I thought.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 40lbs of PURE MUSCLE! and Tripling my starting max Bench press! Benching 200% of my body weight.

My current goal at this point is to reach the bottom. I should say base. I want to have as little fat as possible and be able to see a six pack with out flexing. I have lifted and dieted for far to long now. I have never actually been 100% strict on my diet. The time is now!

I want to GAIN 10 lb

I set it and I did it! Im there! 158lbs and 4.6% bf! Ripped, strong, happy, and ME! I am going to try and add a little bit of weight and maby get past 165lbs by x-mas and stay lean! I Love mt Life!

Thanks man, killer back! I got to say the lowers was due to diet mostly...but also leg lifts and lying leg lifts, good stuff for sure.
