How I Started: i've worked out here & there all my life, have been in good shape basically since jr. high school in gymnastics. but like most people, here & there is not good enough & end up losing focus.
Why I Love It: i love to work out becuz it gives me energy & i love the way the physique looks.
How I Stay Motivated: God & my daughter keeps me motivated.

The weekend could have been better. Had to leave for an unexpected trip to attend a funeral. Other than that, I'm okay. I pretty much blew my diet over the weekend.
