Given I know next to nothing about you, its hard for me to say, but if you're going to bulk then 18x your bodyweight is plenty.

are you going to be cutting? If so, slowly lower your calories over the next week until your down to 500 calories under maintenance. If you're going to keep bulking don't change your caloric intake, keep it at 3000 but just follow the anabolic diet's macronutrient guidelines.
