I was out of shape compared to my former self- I used to ride bikes 5 hours a day and managed to get down to 168 pounds before I hurt my knee. After my injury I got fat and shitty.. I toned down the constant hamburger and french fries and this January I made the total switch.. I decided to compete in the 2008 Mr. Military Hawai'i contest and see what happens..

Decided I would enter the Mr. Military copmetition next year. 209 lbs 18% bodyfat. 15 months to go!
Day 1- Back
Seated Cable Rows- 4 Sets
Pulldowns - 5 Sets
"Reverse" Flyes - 4 Sets
Barbell Rows - 4 Sets
