How I Started:
I, like many others, starting lifting to rehabilitate an injury. I started having shoulder problems when I was playing baseball at a young age due to a strength inbalance. I have changed how I manage my profile on BB.com lately. I no longer input my daily workouts due to my goals having changed recently. I am no longer shooting for weight gains like I was previously but more just maintaining that which I did put on. I am gearing up for a marathon relay and...
a cheat eater with your abs & definition--you are my new hero brother!!! how much cardio do you do?i'm completely unfamiliar with crohn's diseases, but your ability to overcome is impressive. keep rockin' it.
Thanks for the comment at my blog - I didn't think of it as a side effect of the Crohn's but it could very well be. After all as my doctor says, Crohn's and arthritis are both different ends of the same monkey!
I'm glad to here that it's going well. I know only too well how a flare up can interfere with training and if the new treatment has stopped the inflammation, that's fantastic. I bet you are on the road to major gains in short order now! I wish you continued good results.
I'm a fellow sufferer of Crohn's like you - there's a few of us here on Bodyspace - but I'm a well controlled case for the most part. Looks like you've done well in overcoming. Great job in building a top-notch physique despite Crohn's. Keep up the great work!
From the photo you look pretty good already. Nice abs and chest, lean but not too lean. You and I have similar goals, except that I'm at 18% body fat trying to get down to 10.
Best of Luck!
