Being a cancer survivor, I lost a lot of strength & want to have it back again. I want to loose weight and get very fit! I want to have a defined toned body. I want tight toned abs. :) I want to get a tight toned butt the most!!!...its time to make it happen!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so good, I have more energy & I feel better about my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like working with my trainer, & I wouldn't stop now!
I want to be as healthy as I can!
Im getting older my birthday is coming soon and I really want to reach my goals by then!!!! i can do it!
