How I Started:
I wanted to improve for baseball and I accomplished that for the most part, now I want to go into the wilderness and fight wild animals.
Why I Love It:
It transformed me from a 130 pound kid who couldnt bench his own weight to a 215 pound thing that can bench nearly twice his weight. the transformation is amazing and I love the looks.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch wrestling and I know somewhere out there, there is a bear I have not yet grabbed by the back of his neck and shrugged yet.
BB Accomplishments:
Increased my bench press by nearly 300pds! as well as shrugging over 700 pds!

gain muscle and continue being huge and shrugging bears

i'd like to continue increasing stength and stamina as bears are hard to catch in the wilderness. i would then like to grab them by the back of their neck while they roar and what not and proceed to shrug them as a normal bar can no longer contain me.
