Hey bro, training is very erratic nowadays. I'm just so busy with work stuff. But I do get to get some time in the gym on some days.
I've been meaning to ask to if you had a calve program. I've been meaning to bulk my calves up. Any exercise that doesn't need a machine will be appreciated.
How're things on your side, buddy? How's the training going? Are you done with exams for now?

Hey buddy. I just checked your weight out, its coming along quite nicely.
I think that if you keep your abs, you won't make it to 80kg by December. But then again, once you hit 80 you're gonna want to get ripped anyway... so I'd keep the abs and slowly add the weight.
Things are good on my side. I'm hoping to get my lagging chest to about 110cm by December, but that's not the easiest thing to do.
BTW, do you have an ab workout? If you do, could you PM me.

Bro, you're getting in so much protein. I'm struggling to understand why you're lagging so much. If you want, check out any of my previous workouts. I think that you should definitely try them out.
Yeah my bro was pretty stoked. But now he's full-time into studying, so he's decreasing slowly. I'm gonna whip him into shape after his November exams!
