This was taken mid-chest workout. Thankfully, I've turned that pump into a gain.
I thought that I was huge, but my delts need(and still need) work.
At least my abs were good then. But there was much work to do.
Secretly working on my mid-section. Just trying to push out my chest a lot more this month.
I want to gain 15kg of muscle by summer (2009), so that I can feel more comfortable and confident.
Goal (Long):
I've always been a skinny kid. So naturally I wanted to put on weight. In the past couple of years I've managed to take my weight from 55kg (121 lbs) to my current weight of 67kg (148 lbs)
This might sound like a huge feat, but it should be taken into consideration that it happened over the course of about six years.
Now, my mission is to train hard, eat right and gain lean muscle.
Hey man, training is good. Me and my traning partner have stepped it up another gear. I'm at 75kg's now, half way there! Exams are all over too so I'll be focusing on my diet more. The only exercise I do for calves are standing machine calf raises. I do 4 sets 15-8 reps. To really work them hard I also do a drop set on each with no wieght, about 10-20 reps. If I had a seated calf machines I would use it too. Just use a dumbell if you haven't got the machines. Hope that helps mate???
I usually aim for about 150g, but probably end up with more counting from foods stuff as bread, and what not. Incomplete protein sources probably means i maybe hit the 180-200.
Btw your bro must be happy now xD
Hey champ! Gym, uni, work, eat and sleep. That about all I've been doing lately. Thanks for the pic comments, I've been eating more, I think I've put on more size but not weight. I'm guna check my measurements next week so we'll see if I've improved??? Not sure if I'll get to 80 by summer, I'm still trying though. How bout you?? How's your training coming along?
