How I Started:
I wasn't doing any sport to be fit, however i was always fit. I wanted to try something new and a friend recommended me to go to the gym with her, and I loved it. And it becomes my favorite sport.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it's a way to express my self and i love to see the results. I love to lift weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
what let me stayed motivated is, when I see all those people that are in the fitness and figure world. I love to challenge my self to see how far I can go into the fitness world.
