Thnx. Those pics were taken months ago. I haven't been weight training fr a while cause of a shoulder and elbow injury. Been doing cardio and legswork mostly. Can't wait to get back to the real grind!

Dude, thanks for the feedback and the prayer! My chiro wants to MRI me now. Was it Super Cissus Rx that worked for you? How long did you take it before feeling better?

Na dude. Just working legs and doing cardio. My shoulder and elbow still bug me. Tmw's my last chiropractor appointment. We'll see what happens then. How you doin?

What kind of issues did you have with your shoulders? I've had to put my upper body workouts on hold fr almost a month now cause of my right shoulder.

yeah I can do cardio and lower body. I might experiment with machine flyes to maintain pecs, shoulder doesn't bug me when I do these carefully. We'll see.

Hey I feel ur pain. I've been suffering the same pain as you since Xmas. I've been to my physician, an orthopedist and now a chiropractor. I've been resting my upper body long enough. It now doesn't hurt as much, but I'm tired of waiting for the ailment to go away. My next step will be to get an MRI. I'll keep you posted.

I'm down to 182. Don't wanna go lower. I'm getting therapy for my shoulder and upper back at the chiropractor. He ordered no upper body workouts for a while. BUMMER! This sux!
