How I Started:
I started bodybuilding at the age of 26 in a cheap, old neighborhood gym. I met people who were really into the sport and I fed on their experience. I noted immediate gains and so did my friends, so I just naturally got hooked.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding just makes me feel good. I like the way I look, the way I grow, and it provides a relief from everyday living where I have time off for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I had wait bodybuilding for a while and noticed body fat starting to accumulate. Then I though, "If I would have stuck to it, I would look so much better." So I got back to the gym and never looked back, only to warn myself of how I would look if I do quit.
BB Accomplishments:
I've managed greater gains in lean muscle mass. I have also become stronger, I look stronger, I feel less tired. I also intimidate students who tend to want to act out in my classroom.

Goal (Long):
I was always a slim, kind of scrawny guy. At 5' 8" i was my heaviest at 128 lbs. When I started bodybuilding and learned my muscles could actually grow, I could never put the weights down. Now I'm at 195 lbs and looking and feeling good about my body. My goal is to keep packing on lean muscle mass and reducing body fat. I can finally do 6 to 8 good bench press reps with 225. My goal is to take it all the way to 300 in a few months. I also want to finally see my abs. I know they're in there somewhere!

I have a slightly herniated disc, tennis elbow, and a mild case of carpel tunnel. All hurting my right extremity. I guess it was too mush weight training and Body Space sessions LOL! But it's a lot better now. Ortho says i'm in the recuperative stage.
I HAD THE SAME DEAL GOING. I RESTED THE AREA. WORKOUT AROUND IT. STOP DOING HEAVY LIFTING FOR AWHILE. GO TO MY PAGE SEE THE SUPPLEMENT THAT GOT ME BACK INTO THE GAME. AND YES I DROPPED A PRAYER LINE FOR YOU TOO.
