How I Started:
i got deployed and fell into it.
Why I Love It:
At first I hated the way my body felt when I worked out and because I was doing it all wrong and I was just hurting my body. When I started to go light and lift the right way, my body felt strong and I had a lot more energy throughout the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like looking at my old pics to keep me motivated, also, BB magazines and this great website.

I want to cut bodyfat and gain at least 5 pounds of muscle in the next 6 months.
Goal (Long):
I need to learn how my body reacts to certain supplements and vitamins. I want to start off on the right foot and gain 10 pounds of muscle and have about 12-15 percent body fat. I cant think of anything more for now and how i will get there, i'll get back to this.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb

Why I like this video: I like the part where he's just training and no ones around but him and the janitor cleaning. Doesnt do it for the glory, he does it for himself!
I need to get back on track haha.. the last couple weeks of school are always brutal..but I'm graduating! so I'll be able to hit the gym for a couple hours every day like I used to :)
