How I Started:
I started a long time ago at the age of 12yrs old. My father brought me the first set of weights and bench as a present to pursue his footsteps in becoming physically fit.I left the profession. In 2005 I started at home brought one exercise machine, and then one after another. In 2006 invested in Gold's Gym and started a journey that's worth the investment I've put into it. So in 2005 I did nothing but cardio at the gym; but on Oct. 2008 is when I started to take it serious and hit the weights and take it another level.
Why I Love It:
It's in the genes my father loved it, and so do I. I love a challenge in life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just don't think about it, I just do it!
BB Accomplishments:
1986 I was a model and did the cat walk thru high school in shows! Back then i was into fitness from the age of 12yrs to 19yrs old! In 1992 I weighed 190 after my first child was born; I lost the weight to 130 in 1994. Had another child weighed 165 in 1996 carried babyfat until 2005 when I decided to lose it again and gain control of my weight. I bounce back after two kids and have accomplished receiving my figure back to almost normal. I've done without diet pills or fat burners. I am damm proud of myself and being a mother of two teenager girls now.

I HAD SHOT UP TO 170LBS WHILE I WAS PREGNANT CARRYING BACK TO BACK 2. I CARRIED THE BABY FAT FROM THERE ON AND DECIDED TO TAKE IT OFF AND GO BACK TO MY AVG. WEIGHT. IT WOULD BE A LONG JOURNEY FOR ME, BUT I WAS WILLING AND MOTIVATED TO GO THRU OBSTICALES ..

My long term goal is to set myself in the right path and continue to follow it. I am a very strong and powerful woman and I don't stand for any s***; Im damm proud of who I am and where I've come from a poor proverty family that made me who I am now. I am now on a hardcore mission path; I've thrown away the past. See what's in store for me for 2010, I will shine in 2010! Im gonna lose 10 pounds of fat, turn lean, muscle, tone, and cut up by the end of 2010! I'm gonna be a 40 yr old with a body of a goddess by the time I turn the BIG "40"!!!
